Turkey Creek Motorcycle Tours, LLC

Motorcycles: On The Road Again Magazine
The 5-day MOTRA High Road Tour, June 30th through July 5th, has generated a lot of interest and looks to be an early sellout. Ride along with editor and publisher Larry Gore for some high altitude adventure. Larry will feature the tour in an article in the magazine so here's your chance to have your photo and your bike in a national magazine while enjoying a fantastic motorcycle tour.

The highlight of this tour is the ride to the top of Mount Evans, the highest paved road in North America to a breathtaking 14,264 feet. Stop at the historic Echo Lake Lodge and Summit Lake. Wows abound on the scenic and historic byways, and mountain passes on this tour. Just one of the exciting stops along the way is The Royal Gorge carved over millions of years by the Arkansas River where you will visit the highest suspension bridge in the world. You'll also spend the night in an historic hotel in Leadville, the highest city in the US. Not for the faint of heart, this tour encompasses some of the best Colorado has to offer.

Biker Ally Magazine Grits to Glitz Tour
This is our woman focused tour but as always, men are welcome. Pick up a copy of the magazine and read Karen Miller's article about the 2006 tour.

This tour has been changed to a five day tour for 2007 (July 28 to August 2) and packs in some of the best riding Colorado has to offer. These five days take you through some of the most magnificent alpine landscape in the Western Hemisphere. Ride over a dozen mountain passes including the most scenic in Colorado. Enjoy hiking, shopping, and local color. Ride the colorful rim rock plateau of the Colorado National Monument. You'll stop in Ridgway located in the area where the western movie 'True Grit' starring John Wayne was filmed. ("Bold talk for a one-eyed fat man.") Ride along rivers of white water, see incredible mountain views, amazing relics of Colorado's mining history, and travel through national forests and canyons cut into arid desert terrain. The ride offers many hidden out of the way places and showcases the varied and unforgettable beauty of Colorado. Expect to be pampered and let yourself ride like the wind.

BOOK EARLY Sign up before November 30th, 2006 to avoid the 2007 price increase.

February in Mexico
We have added a Rio Sonora Mexico Tour for February 11 to 17, 2006. Take a well deserved mid-winter getaway to Bisbee, Arizona and Mexico's Sonoran Desert and Sierra Madres. Visit the undiscovered Mexico, a place of small towns, and friendly people. This tour is all about new places, new friends, great motorcycle roads and lots of smiles. Check out our base hotel at La Posada del Rio Sonora and the Copper Queen in Bisbee.

Children's Hospital Toy Run
Motorcyclists are some of the most generous and giving people you'll ever meet. The Toy Run is just one event here in the Denver area and there are hundreds across the county. Find out what's going on in your community and be sure to support these events and get both riders and non-riders involved in these events.

Tom's Page
Check out Tom's blog. The page gets updated at least once a month but with winter upon us, he may write more often. Check it out and tell him what you think.
